Bakso Tuna

Punya stok ikan tuna namun bosan jika digoreng atau dibakar. Ingin yang segar dan Asllan juga lahap. Hemm...coba dibikin bakso aja yuk...

Bahan :
  • 100gr daging ikan tuna tanpa kulit dan duri
  • 2½ sdm tepung sagu
  • 1 siung bawang putih
  • Air secukupnya
  • Garam dan merica bubuk sesuai selera

Cara :
  1. Blender daging ikan dengan tambahan sedikit air
  2. Haluskan bawang putih
  3. Daging yang sudah diblender, tepung sagu, garam dan merica diuleni
  4. Rebus air hingga mendidih.
  5. Bentuk adonan menjadi bakso (bulatan), lalu masukkan ke dalam air yang mendidih.
  6. Rebus hingga matang (mengapung).

Note :

Bisa disimpan di frezer untuk stok. Simpan ketika sudah dingin.
